8. send you production photos and your pay balance of the order before shipping;
9. send you shipping info of the order;
10. you receive the order and feed back your comments of the products,services etc.

Question 1: Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Definitely yes. We could make your logo embroidered.
 
Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first.
And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished.
If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is on your charge.
 
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?
Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 5-7 days to get samples made while it will take a longer time for a complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo, etc.Payment can be made through Trade assurance on alibaba, T/T, Western Union, and Paypal.
