Please tell me which style you are interested in and ask for template ,then I will send the template , Fill out your template/s as best you can in AI and save in .ai or .pdf format. Then send It to us .
2: FINE TUNING THE DETAILS
We will be in contact with any questions or suggestions we may have to make sure your designs are tailored to your expectations.
Once design details are finalised we calculate pricing for you to decide if you would like to place a proto sample order.
4: SAMPLE ORDER
Our accounts team will send you an invoice for payment. Samples cost US$100 / piece + shipping. Upon payment being received, we will begin construction on your proto, samples usually take 9-14days to complete. Once it is ready we will send it for your approval and comments.
5: PRODUCTION ORDER
So you have decided you want to go ahead with a Bulk Production order. Our accounts team will be in contact with an invoice, once all of your details are confirmed and your 50% deposit is received production will commence. Production time is approximately 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of your design and current schedule.
6: RELAX – LET US DO ALL THE WORK!
Sit back and relax while our on the ground team oversees and closely monitors the production of your order. As soon as your order has passed final inspection we will send you photos so you can actually see your product before you make final payment. Once your payment is received your goods will be shipped out immediately.

So you’ve decided what style you want to do. Simply ask for template and fill it out as best you can in AI.
It’s important that we get your logos or artwork in the correct format, ideally .Ai or .pdf. If there is any text within your design, please make sure that all of your fonts are outlined or embedded.
We can utilize your brands internal design templates but please make sure that all the required information is provided on your spec.
Our templates are designed to eliminate as many unnecessary emails as possible, to confirm all of your design details and turn around your sample quicker.

2:What shall we do ,if we need to put logo on the caps?
Just send the logo by email,attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files ,and inform us the pantone colors ,the size ,and the location of it ,so we can make embroidery,printing,or other style logo for clients’ choices
3:price is a sensitive topic .how do you comment on your price level?
Our product lines belong to middle level prices in high quality ,we would like to establish nice and long business relations with customers .
4:Do you have any better way to quicken the delivery time ?
Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the quick correct samples will certainly save much time, From the past experience,if the customers want to change the logos or designs after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time. so please ensure there are no misunderstanding in the first time .
Our production department arranges all orders in strict rotation of arrival time of T/T deposit.The earlier payment reaches us ,the sooner the delivery time will do .
5:What is your policy of samples ?
Since our products are becoming more and more popular and there are many customers will ask for free samples, our sample policy is depending on different samples will have different policy.
6:What is your usual term of payment?
30% in advance, 70% in the period of shipment, or 50% in advance, 50% in the period of shipment. Depends on order quantity.
For small order value less than 20000 USD ,we need 30%deposit balance T/T against the copy of the B/L ,For some special buyers ,we also accept D/P ,For order value more than 20000USD ,We can accept L/C at sight .
7:Do you have a good team involved in designing caps and hats?
Yes,we launch a new collection every year and update our website and cata logue with new items
8:How do you control your quality?
We have professional QC Staffs ,there are 4 processes we focus our attention on
A:To check the bulk fabrics’ quality before production ,such as fabric composition ,color fastness of washing and light,etc
B:To check the logos’ production ,such as thread or printing colors ,embroidery trim clean etc
C:To check the sewing process ,seam properties ,slippage strength ,given seam strength ,strength of attachement etc .
D:To check the finished caps and hats after steam ironing ,but before packing

10:What is your option for small orders ?
Except for some materail have the min quantity limitation ,acctually we can accept the min order quantity at any quantity.Just the price will be different as the produce cost will be share by the q.ty.
11: How about your lead time to make sample? How about sample charge?
Generally around 5-10 business days to make sample. Sample fee depend on the design.For stock samples need, we will not charge the fee and clients are expected to pay for freight only ; We will charge the fee for developing new sample that called custom-made samples, and sample fee will be refunded to you if committed bulk order placed.
