1. What kind of payment you can accept?
We are accept the Bank Transfer, LC, West Union, Alibaba Escrow.
2. Can you provide the free sample before I placed the purchase order to you?
Yes, we can provide our existing samples for free, but you need to pay for the shipping. However, we have to take the sample fee for your custom design.
3. Is there any color difference between the real sample and pictures?
All pictures are taken from the real samples, Since the environment, computer monitor’s color difference, It might be slight color
difference. We are appreciated your understanding for it.
4.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500-1000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly,hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
5. How long is the lead time of the samples? For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
6. How long is the production lead time? For small order, around one week. For large quantity, around 30days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
7. How many colors are available? Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.
